Spacious and Comfortable

We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa with a rooftop spa for our anniversary. The space was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and having a full kitchen made it easy for family meals. We appreciated the clean towels and the shampoo and conditioner provided. Our kids loved the separate garage access—it felt like a private getaway! Overall, it was a perfect home away from home.

Fantastic Pool Experience

During our stay, we took full advantage of the various pools, especially the large saltwater pool near the reception. The temperature was just right, and the surroundings were beautifully landscaped, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation. Our kids enjoyed splashing around, and it was great to have multiple options for swimming, including a toddlers' pool.

Convenient and Secure Parking

Having secure parking made our experience much smoother, like a breath of fresh air after a long drive. The lift directly to our room from the parking area was a huge plus, especially since we traveled with kids and luggage. It made unloading and loading a breeze without the stress of navigating stairs.

Kid-Friendly Fun

Our kids had an absolute blast! They loved the 'bat cave' garage, and the various pool areas were perfect for their energy levels. It was comforting knowing that the beach was just a short walk away and that it was patrolled by Surf Lifesavers. There were also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it easy for family outings after a day at the beach.

The hotel is ideally located, close to everything you could need in Coolum, though the ground-floor rooms were a bit dark. The service was friendly and full of local tips. The dining options were convenient, but the dishes could be more flavorful. The facilities were satisfactory.

I absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely come back! The rooms were perfect for self-catering, although the ground floor rooms were a bit dark compared to the back rooms we called 'the cave'. The service was nice overall, although a bit lacking in welcome and communication skills. The location was super convenient, with easy access to the beach, shops, and dining options. The dining experience was good, especially for the Groomsmen, and the facilities met our needs perfectly.
